DevOps/SysAdmin at BairesDev

As a DevOps/SysAdmin, you will manage and optimize both on-premises and hybrid cloud infrastructures to ensure peak system performance. You will act as a vital link between traditional systems administration and modern DevOps practices, driving efficiency through high-level automation and robust monitoring strategies.

What You'll Do

- Administer and secure Linux and Windows Server environments across physical and virtual landscapes.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to eliminate manual toil and streamline recurring operational tasks.
- Deploy and manage comprehensive monitoring stacks to provide deep visibility into system health and performance.
- Architect and configure complex network protocols and infrastructure to maintain high availability and connectivity.
- Implement proactive security measures,



including access controls and backup strategies, to safeguard enterprise data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with evolving business and development needs.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in Systems Administration, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Proven expertise in Linux and Windows Server administration in on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell for task automation.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring stacks like Prometheus and the ELK stack.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure configuration.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
