PURPOSE The Enterprise Sales Executive will act as a senior sales representative and customer relationship.
The Enterprise Sales
Executive is responsible for identifying and obtaining new clients across Mexico and the US, maintaining client relationships, and expanding business relationships with current clients through continuous communication and logistical reports.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Apply analytics to data to justify changes to current mode(s) or new solutions to offer improved service or cost
Engage in best practices by utilizing technology as the driver for value while maintaining a strategic long-term alliance with client
Manage current clients, providing operational insight to efficiently maintain and grow accounts
Proactively build professional relationships with clients, consistently communicating to exceed their expectations and needs Identify and pursue opportunities for growth with current customers Actively cold call, email, and physically visit new potential clients to educate them about our services and obtain new business
Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to continuously grow your book of business
Work in partnership with the Carrier Development team to identify target lanes or opportunities for cost reductions for clients
Partner with customers to plan and analyze various reports of activities and statistics on a regular basis, distributing them to the appropriate individuals within set time frames Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Exceptional attention to detail Willingness to learn, improve,
and receive coaching/constructive feedback Must be willing to work through unexpected problems to find a reasonable solution Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills Ability to work professionally and effectively with a diverse group of individuals Advance technology skills with a strong focus on retrieving, reviewing and manipulating data in Excel to generate detailed reports and identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement Experience presenting and discussing data to a diverse group of individuals, including senior leadership, via face to face, email, conference calls, and group presentations Ability to quickly learn and navigate through multiple systems proficiently Ability to self-manage and proactively assume tasks, and communications Ability to travel throughout the US and Mexico with no travel restrictions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other related field - in lieu of degree, combination of education and years of experience will be considered 10 years of supply chain or transportation management experience 7 years of sales experience, including creating pipelines and growing relationships PHYSICAL DEMANDS &
WORK ENVIRONMENT Work Environment: The work schedule of this position will be determined based on the organizational needs; it will be subject to change based on business demands and will require work outside of standard business hours. The job is performed in a general office environment with the option to work remotely as needed. Overnight or extended travel to other locations, including but not limited to Client locations, will be expected.
