Your tasks:

- Sales of industry-specific IT solutions: You will support our customers in the meat and food sectors with customised advice on our ERP software solution. As a CSB representative, you are the face of our brand to customers and business partners, especially in these highly regulated and innovative industries.
- Acquiring new customers: With a well thought-out acquisition strategy, you will convince new customers from the meat and food industries of our range of services and discover new market potential in these forward-looking sectors.
- Existing customer support: You build up an independent customer base and continuously develop it further.
- Offer and contract negotiations: In close coordination with the sales management, you will conduct negotiations on new contracts and offers. Collaboration with the internal sales team is essential here.
- Development of sales strategies: You always keep the needs of customers from the meat and food sectors in focus and systematically pursue the agreed sales targets and results.

What sets you apart:

- Specialist qualifications: With a technical meat o food industry qualification or a comparable degree, for example as a food technologist o agronomist you will quickly pick up speed.
- Relevant practical experience: You have experience in field sales and are ideally familiar with ERP systems. Technical understanding, especially regarding the requirements of the meat and food industry, is a plus.
- Service-orientation: The success of your customers, especially in the complex areas of meat and food processing, is your top priority. You use your sales skills to lead negotiations to a successful conclusion.
- High willingness to travel: In addition to remote consulting, you also support customers on site depending on the project.
- Strong communication skills: With your confident demeanour and communicative personality, you advise customers and interested parties at eye level, both in Spanish and English.
