- Experiencia en Materiales, Almacen, Procesos de Captura y Recibo de Materiales, Resolución de Facturas, Envíos.
- Responsable de asegurar el flujo y buen recibo de los materiales indirectos
- Manejo de sistema SAP
- Responsable de la captura de facturas diariamente
- Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. 1 year of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Position Purpose: Determine the current and future needs of raw materials and components required. to meet the master production schedule.Provide timely inputs required. by the business units.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions:

1. Planning and supervision requirements of materials, components and or production orders .
2. Make adjustments in planning requisition of the components and production orders .
3. Follow up on deliveries of purchase orders, negotiating and or expediting delivery times and conditions .
4. Make transfers of materials, components from plants .
5. Analyze and control the materials according to their inventory classification .
6. Prepare and analyze reports, databases and graphics related to their responsibilities .
7.



Processing engineering changes, obsolete or restricted material and adjustments to inventory levels.

Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements:
1. Management MRP systems.
2. MS Office.
3. APICS.
4. Management and inventory control.
5. Knowledge of the supply chain.
6. Advanced English level.
