? Position: Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist

? Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Spain time).

If you have experience in administrative collections, accounts receivable, portfolio management, and customer service , this could be an excellent opportunity to join a growing international logistics group.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue accounts.

✅ Contact domestic and international clients via phone and email.

✅ Analyze and monitor accounts receivable using Excel.

✅ Track payment commitments and resolve payment-related issues.

✅ Prepare reports and maintain up-to-date customer portfolio records.

✅ Collaborate with finance and administrative teams.

Requirements:

✔️ 3+ years of experience in portfolio management, collections, or accounts receivable.

✔️ Degree or education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

✔️ Intermediate Excel skills.

✔️ Conversational English.

✔️ Strong organizational, communication, and results-oriented skills.

✔️ Experience in logistics, transportation, or B2B services is a plus.
