About the Role

C2 is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to own and strengthen our day-to-day finance operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring financial records are accurate, organized, and reliable.

You'll be responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, QuickBooks management, reconciliations, billing, transaction cleanup, financial documentation, and recurring finance workflows. Working closely with Operations and Leadership, you'll help build scalable financial processes that support the company's continued growth.

What You'll Do

- Own the day-to-day management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Manage customer invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and cash flow tracking.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records in QuickBooks Online.
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
- Execute month-end close activities and ensure financial data is accurate and complete.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies while maintaining organized, audit-ready documentation.
- Prepare recurring financial reports and operational summaries for leadership.




- Partner with Operations to ensure billing and supporting documentation are accurate.
- Improve financial processes, documentation standards, and internal controls.
- Help build consistent, scalable finance workflows as the company grows.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or bookkeeping.
- Strong experience with AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required).
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting).
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and solve problems proactively.
- A hands-on professional who enjoys improving processes and building operational excellence.
