We're looking for a Founding AI Automation Builder.

At Groowguys, we're building an AI-first growth agency that helps businesses automate processes, save time, and scale through AI Agents and intelligent workflows.

We're at an early stage, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us from the beginning.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who

✅ Has experience (personal or professional) building automations.

✅ Has explored AI Agents and knows the basics of how they work.

✅ Has worked with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, Claude, or similar.

✅ Enjoys solving problems and learning new technologies.

✅ Is proactive, curious, and excited about startups.

✅ Doesn't need to know everything we value the willingness to learn more than years of experience.

You don't need to be a senior engineer. If you've built interesting projects, experimented with AI, and enjoy creating solutions, we'd love to meet you. What you'll do

- Build AI automations for clients.
- Design and improve AI Agents.




- Integrate APIs and SaaS tools.
- Collaborate on new AI-powered services.
- Help shape the technical direction of Groowguys. What we offer
