We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer II to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications that deliver exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building modern frontend applications with React, Node.js, and TypeScript while developing robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native solutions. This role is adecuado for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, collaborating across teams, and contributing throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full stack applications using modern engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with local and global engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives.

- Develop scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven services using Node.js and TypeScript.

- Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications and infrastructure.

- Translate business requirements, technical designs, and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.

- Write clean, secure, well-documented, and testable code following engineering standards.

- Design and implement automated unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing.

- Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices across the team.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Create monitoring dashboards, metrics, alerts,



and logging to improve system observability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, QA, and DevOps.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions and design reviews.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.

- 3–5 years of experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.

- 3–5 years of experience building event-driven applications.

- Strong experience with:

- Node.js

- TypeScript

- React

- JavaScript (ES6 )

- Redux

- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, object-oriented programming, design patterns, algorithms, and data modeling.

- Experience designing and developing distributed applications and microservices.

- Experience working with at least one object-oriented programming language such as:

- Java

- Go (Golang)

- .NET

- Experience with AWS cloud services such as:

- Kubernetes (EKS)

- Lambda

- DynamoDB

- ElastiCache (Redis)

- CloudFormation

- Experience working with Docker and Linux environments.

- Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.





- Experience implementing automated testing strategies.

- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as:

- New Relic

- Splunk

- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Passion for software engineering, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS.

- Experience designing scalable event-driven architectures.

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience contributing to architecture and technical design discussions.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
