Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and compassionate Full-Time Remote Legal Assistant to support our growing immigration practice. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our legal team and our clients—providing status updates, organizing case files, and offering interpretation during crucial legal proceedings.

Because you will be working directly with our diverse client base, fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming/outgoing general status calls, send official notices, and provide clear updates via phone and email.

Assist with progress updates across various immigration matters, including DACA, U-Visas, VAWAs, T-Visas, Consular Processing, SIJS, I-90, I-765, and I-360 applications.





Keep digital files meticulously organized with proper file-naming conventions, and draft/send disengagement letters upon case completion.

Serve as the primary Spanish/English interpreter for client-attorney meetings, consultations, and potentially court hearings or government events.

Qualifications

Fully fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Strong organizational habits, high attention to detail, and clear written/verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive legal information with confidentiality and remain empathetic when speaking with clients facing stressful situations.

Prior experience in an administrative or legal environment (especially within immigration law) is a strong plus.

Must have a reliable wifi and personal computer to work.
