Title: General Manager – Service Center (Monterrey, Mexico)

About the Role: Our client, a leading industrial organization, is seeking a General Manager (Director level) to oversee a service center operation in Monterrey, Mexico. This is a strategic leadership role with full responsibility for financial performance, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall P&L; management, including revenue, margin, and profitability.
- Drive commercial strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market presence.
- Oversee operations, logistics, supply chain, and quality functions.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, safety regulations, and corporate governance.
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team across all functions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.




- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial services.
- 5+ years with direct P&L; responsibility.
- Strong financial acumen and proven track record in operational transformation.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- MBA or Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.

Location: Sn Pedro Garza García, Monterrey, Mexico Compensation: Competitive executive package.
