We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Recruitment Global Operations & Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.



This role is a strategic integration of operations and sourcing, designed to enhance our recruitment processes and build a robust talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing our global recruitment efforts, from job platform management to candidate sourcing and engagement.

Your Responsibilities

Recruitment Operations Management

- Ensure the quality and visibility of Accelleron job posts across general channels.
- Manage job postings, including publishing and removal on LinkedIn and other job platforms.
- Support interview scheduling, including coordinating between candidates and interview panels, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Provide support for background and reference checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate report
