Growth Marketing

Analyst at BairesDev As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you will drive user acquisition and organic visibility through advanced SEO and data-driven marketing strategies. You will optimize digital presence for technical audiences, ensuring high-impact content delivery and sustainable growth across multiple channels.

What You'll Do Execute comprehensive SEO audits and technical optimizations using industry-standard tools to improve search rankings.

Develop and oversee end-to-end content strategies that resonate with technical personas and drive conversion.

Design and manage scalable link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and referral traffic.





Analyze marketing performance data to identify growth opportunities and refine tactical execution.

Integrate AI and LLM-aware optimization techniques to stay ahead of evolving search engine behaviors.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, SEO, or Digital Marketing.

Proven expertise in implementing SEO strategies, including content strategy and link building.

Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.

Hands-on experience with data analysis and AI/LLM-aware SEO techniques.
