Growth Marketing Analyst at BairesDev

As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you will drive user acquisition and organic visibility through advanced SEO and data-driven marketing strategies. You will optimize digital presence for technical audiences, ensuring high-impact content delivery and sustainable growth across multiple channels.

What You'll Do

- Execute comprehensive SEO audits and technical optimizations using industry-standard tools to improve search rankings.
- Develop and oversee end-to-end content strategies that resonate with technical personas and drive conversion.
- Design and manage scalable link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and referral traffic.




- Analyze marketing performance data to identify growth opportunities and refine tactical execution.
- Integrate AI and LLM-aware optimization techniques to stay ahead of evolving search engine behaviors.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, SEO, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven expertise in implementing SEO strategies, including content strategy and link building.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and AI/LLM-aware SEO techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
