- Ability to root cause quickly and accurately frame issue(s), identify the problem(s), and provide effective resolutions.
- Serve as a coach for Kepner-Tregoe and Shainin techniques.
- Lead focused improvement workshops and kaizen events to eliminate waste and improve process efficiency at supplier locations.
- Plan, prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple Supplier Quality projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Facilitate training sessions to build supplier capability in structured problem-solving and continuous improvement.

- Minimum 8 years of work experience in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; other degrees with relevant work experience may be considered.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel freely across international borders.
