Purpose The HR Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating global People Operations projects related to HR systems, payroll operations, process improvements, integrations, an doperational initiatives across multiple regions and business groups
.
The role acts as the key coordination point between People teams, Payroll, IT, Shared Services, and external vendors, ensuring alignment, governance, execution, and successful end to end project delivery in support of Orbia’s global People operating mod el
Main Responsibilities
- Global Project Management & Exec utionLead end to end coordination and execution of global People Operations projects, ensuring alignment between scope, timelines, governance, deliverables, and operational object ives.
- People Systems & Operational Initi atives
Coordinate projects related to HR systems, payroll operations, process improvements, systems integrations, and operational initiatives across multiple regions and business g roups.
- Cross Functional Coord ination
Act as the primary coordination point between People teams, Payroll, IT, Shared Services, and external vendors to ensure alignment, issue resolution, and successful project de livery.
- Vendor & External Partner Coor dination
Coordinate external consultants,
implementation partners, and vendors involved in People Operations projects, ensuring proper follow up, accountability, and delivery of agreed activities and ti melines.
- Governance, Reporting & Project
TrackingManage project governance activities including project plans, timelines, milestone tracking, action logs, status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder commu nication. Testing, Go Live & Stabilizat ion Support
Coordinate testing activities, implementation readiness, cutover planning, go live execution, and post implementation stabilization activities to support operational continuity
Knowledge and experie nce required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- English and Spanish required
- Preferred: Master´s Degree
- Integral or Regional Project Management (5+ years)HR Systems and Operations Projects (5+ years)
- Payroll Implementations and Systems Integrations (3+ years)
- Vendor and External Partner Management (3+ years)
- Project Governance and Status Reporting (3+ years)
