IaC Engineer at BairesDev

As an IaC Engineer, you will serve as the primary expert in infrastructure-as-code, focusing on the design and operational excellence of automated environments. You will lead the automation of cloud environments, ensuring that infrastructure is treated with the same rigor as application code.

What You'll Do

- Architect and implement modular infrastructure deployments using advanced Terraform configurations and workflows.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of cloud resources, including state management and plan/apply validation.
- Provision and scale robust environments across major providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Implement GitOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines to automate the delivery of infrastructure changes.
- Define and enforce infrastructure standards to ensure consistency,



security, and high availability across the organization.
- Optimize automation scripts to reduce technical debt and improve the speed of deployment cycles.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
- Proven expertise in infrastructure-as-code design and operations with deep Terraform fluency.
- Proficiency in managing Terraform modules, state files, and plan/apply workflows.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of GitOps and CI/CD pipelines specifically for IaC.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
