Develops, decides and implements appropriate Health Management guidelines for unit(s) assigned.
- Performs physical examination and health assessment of employees.
- Performs full evaluations of employees' condition.
- Provides case management for medical leaves of absence and worker's compensation cases, as well as for follow-up care.
- Prepares and tracks reports of employees treated and/or industrial accidents.
- Guides the care of employees with disabilities and stabilized chronic conditions.
- Provides emergency treatment, first aid, and medical condition assessment.
- Refers employees for appropriate medical treatment.
- Participates in on-site pre-employment drug screens, records and reports results.
- Supports with maintenance of business unit site medical records.
- Participates in reporting and monitoring work-related injuries.
- Participates in administration, maintenance, and updating of medical records, documents services provided by occupational health services.
