We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide end-user support, manage Microsoft 365 services, and ensure the proper operation of the organization's technology infrastructure.
Requirements
✅ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
✅ 3-5 years of experience in corporate IT support.
✅ Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.
✅ Experience supporting hardware, software, computers, and mobile devices.
✅ Advanced English proficiency.
✅ Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
Technical Skills
? Windows 10/11
☁️ Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune
? Basic networking and VPN support
?️ Zebra printers and peripherals
? Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
