Lead and scale the enterprise integration organization by shaping it into a strategic, innovation‑driven capability that ensures seamless connectivity across systems, maximizes efficiency and governance across a integral team, and delivers stable, high‑quality, and predictable outputs that enable faster, more reliable operations aligned with the company.

Role responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a high‑performing global integration team, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.

- Oversee the design, development, and operation of the enterprise integration platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient connectivity across systems.

- Drive intake management, capacity planning, and prioritization, ensuring clear alignment between business demand and technical delivery capabilities.

- Manage vendor performance and delivery, ensuring outsourced teams meet SLAs, quality expectations, and contractual obligations.

- Ensure stability, performance, and observability of integration services, proactively addressing risks, incidents, and bottlenecks.





- Guide architectural decision‑making by challenging technical proposals, ensuring solutions are viable, efficient, and aligned with enterprise strategy.

- Partner with product, engineering, and enterprise architecture leaders to align roadmaps and technical strategies with the company's operational priorities, ensuring that integration capabilities directly support business performance and operational excellence.

Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

- Master’s degree in Technology, Data, or Business disciplines (Desirable).

- +5 years of experience in enterprise systems integration, including hands‑on work designing, delivering, and operating integrations across complex technology landscapes.

- - 2 years of demonstrated leadership of technical teams.

- Experience with leading integration platforms (such as MuleSoft, Boomi, TIBCO, or similar).

- Retail business acumen and customer-centric mindset (Desirable)
