Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, following up on leads from marketing campaigns, and maintaining accurate records in the sales system or CRM.The Sales Setter and Closer will conduct phone-based consultations, present services and solutions,



address objections, and guide prospects through the decision-making process to close deals.
The role also involves collaborating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth handoff of new clients and consistent follow-up for repeat business.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.Proven experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Ability to qualify leads, manage a pipeline, and follow structured sales processes from initial contact to closing.Comfort using basic digital tools and CRM or customer management systems to document and track activities.Solid problem-solving and active listening skills to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education orsales training is a plus.
