Responsibilities and more: We're hiring an Invoicing & Collections Specialist to manage billing, invoicing, and collections for our active client accounts.

Responsibilities

- Generate and issue client invoices accurately and on schedule




- Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding/overdue payments
- Manage collections communications professionally while preserving client relationships
- Reconcile payments against invoices and flag discrepancies
- Maintain organized billing records and AR aging reports
- Coordinate with account management on payment issues

Requirements
- Prior accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Professional written/verbal English for client-facing collections work
- Comfortable with invoicing/accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar)

Nice to have: experience in staffing/BPO/services-industry billing; bilingual Spanish/English. Location: Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, or Peru. Remote, full-time.

Compensation: TBD based on experience.
