Serve as the first point of contact for employee IT inquiries via ticketing systems, email, and phone.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues for local and remote staff (Windows/macOS environments).

Assist with user account creation, access management, and password resets in Active Directory / Microsoft 365.

Support the setup, imaging, configuration, and deployment of laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals for new hires.

Help maintain physical and virtual IT inventory records (workstations, licenses, accessories).

Assist with basic software installations, including specialized engineering tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, where applicable).

Support local network maintenance, Wi-Fi connectivity checks, and conference room AV setup.

Assist IT administrators with basic server, firewall, or cloud system maintenance tasks (e.g., Azure / AWS basic management).

Participate in routine system back-ups and data security health checks.

Update internal IT knowledge base articles,



standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.

Assist in rolling out new IT security policies, software upgrades, or company-wide technology initiatives.

Qualifications & SkillsRequirements Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, System Administration, or a related field.

Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS), and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory).

Languages: Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional local languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German) are a plus. Soft Skills & Attributes Problem-Solving: Strong logical thinking and willingness to troubleshoot technical challenges systematically.

Communication: Clear, friendly communication style when assisting non-technical colleagues.

Proactivity: Eager to learn new IT systems, technologies, and corporate tools independently.
