We are looking for a Junior Accounting Consultant in CDMX. You won’t be taking over traditional accounting operations—you will master our specialized accounting software to implement, optimize, and transform financial workflows for major automotive dealerships.

? Your Career Progression Path:

- Stage 1 | Accounting Software & Process Expert: Master the system's core accounting modules. Provide specialized guidance on entries, e-invoicing, DIOT, tax reports, and inventory integrations.
- Stage 2 | On-Site Implementation Specialist: Move to the front line! Travel to client dealerships to set up systems, lead operational rollouts, and train local accounting teams.
- Stage 3 | Senior Financial Project Consultant: Lead large-scale projects for major dealership groups (5+ locations), managing teams, processes, and financial statement delivery (EEFF).

? What makes you the right candidate?

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting ( Contaduría Pública ) – Graduated or in process of receiving your diploma.




- Language: Fluent English is mandatory (training and general scaling expansion will be conducted in English).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of background in accounting departments (experience in dealerships or automotive retail is a huge plus).
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of core accounting concepts, tax reporting (DIOT/SAT guidelines), and hands-on experience using any ERP/DMS.

✨ Compensation & Growth Scheme:

- Monthly Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 MXN gross.
- Contract Structure: Initial 6-month Fee-Based contract ( Esquema de Honorarios ) during the intensive software onboarding phase.
- Fast-Track Permanent Contract: Opportunity for early transition to a direct company contract (100% nominal payroll scheme + Full Statutory Benefits) before the 6-month mark, fully based on your learning speed and performance.
- Location: Benito Juárez, CDMX (with availability to travel to client sites).
