A successful Trade Compliance and Logistics Leader should have:
A degree in international trade, logistics, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of trade regulations and customs procedures.
Experience in logistics operations within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain optimization tools.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
