Lead AI Engineer at BairesDev

As a Lead AI Engineer, you will drive the design and deployment of enterprise-grade AI architectures, ensuring high performance and reliable system integration. You will serve as a senior technical leader, aligning AI strategies with business objectives while mentoring and guiding engineering teams to successful delivery.

What You'll Do

- Lead the architectural design and implementation of production-grade AI systems and applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical AI solutions with overall business strategies and product goals.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to software and AI engineers to foster best practices.
- Oversee the integration of advanced language models, orchestration frameworks, and retrieval systems.




- Establish robust MLOps practices and streamlined API development pipelines to ensure reliable system operations.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related technical role.
- Proven expertise in technical leadership and designing enterprise-grade AI architectures.
- Strong hands-on experience building production AI systems using Python.
- Deep understanding of LLM or GenAI integration, including RAG, agents, or model orchestration.
- Proficiency in API development and MLOps practices.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
