This role will work onsite in Quintana Roo.

Position Summary:

This role supports Private Destinations Mexico recruitment operations and talent acquisition team .



The Lead will manage the recruitment activities of their respective functional areas and teams to ensure operational objectives are achieved . The Lead develops strong partnerships with HR Operations, HRBP, and the Brand to ensure alignment in hiring needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the overall performance of the recruiters and managing team expectations in order to exceed goals and objectives.
- Analyzes the recruitment forecast to prepare and manage recruiter capacity and hiring velocity.
- Manages the daily sourcing and recruitment effort to ensure a healthy pipeline of talent is available for shipboard recruiting needs.
- Explore and keep an eye on recruitment trends and effective practices in the market to capitalize on recruitment opportunities.
