Lightning Developer at BairesDev

As a Lightning Developer, you will specialize in building and customizing high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will translate business requirements into technical reality, ensuring that the user interface and underlying logic are seamless, scalable, and follow ecosystem best practices.

What You'll Do

- Design and implement modern, responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components.
- Develop robust server-side logic and complex business processes using Apex classes and triggers.
- Optimize data retrieval and manipulation by writing efficient SOQL and SOSL queries.
- Utilize Salesforce DX to maintain high standards of version-controlled development and deployment.




- Configure and extend Sales and Service Cloud functionalities to meet specific organizational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with long-term platform strategy.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Salesforce Development.
- Proven expertise in developing custom interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Advanced proficiency in Apex programming, including classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
- Strong hands-on experience with SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce DX for version-controlled development.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform customization best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
