The Royal Caribbean Group’s HR Transformation Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Manager, HR System Design reporting to the Director, HR System Design.

This position works on-site in Mexico City.

Position Summary:The Manager, HR System Design, is a strategic product leader responsible for the end-to-end ownership of our HR technology products, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom system applications. This role operates at the intersection of business strategy, product management, and technology delivery, ensuring solutions are aligned to enterprise priorities, scalable,



and deliver measurable business value.This leader executes against the organizations product vision, governs the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and drives execution across complex, cross-functional environments. They serve as the primary bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps and high-quality system outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Reporting to the Director, HR System Design, this role is responsible for overseeing designated products within the HR ecosystem and leading the execution of associated Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) initiatives.
