The role is a Senior Recruitment Manager who will lead our talent acquisition efforts across the organization. This position is critical to attracting, hiring, and retaining top‑tier talent that will drive our company’s continued growth and success. As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will shape recruitment strategies, develop a high‑performing recruiting team, and partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs.

- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with our 7Step model and business goals.
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing recruitment team,

- Enhance employer branding efforts by promoting company culture, values, and tech impact through strategic channels.
