Marketing Intern

Position Description

At HASTACapital, we are looking for a Marketing Intern who is eager to learn, share ideas, and contribute to real projects. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our marketing team to develop content, support digital marketing initiatives, and strengthen the firm's brand presence across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

- Develop and design marketing materials for property listings, investment opportunities, presentations, and other branded collateral.

- Create SEO-focused content, including blog articles, landing pages, and website copy, to improve organic search visibility.

- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and other channels.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and other marketing platforms.

- Prepare marketing performance reports and track key marketing metrics.





- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify industry trends to support marketing and business development initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital channels.

Requirements

- Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).

- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.

- Creativity, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.

- Availability to work on-site.
