To support this growth, we are looking for a Sales Manager M/F for our MDM business. Reporting to the MDM Sales Team Leader Americas, the role will be responsible for managing, developing, and closing profitable new business across Tijuana, the Mexican maquiladora, and the U.S. West Coast. This is a remote role based in Tijuana, Mexico.





The primary focus of this role is selling medical packaging solutions to medical device manufacturers while also managing and expanding an existing portfolio of strategic customer accounts. In addition to new busi-ness development, the role has a strong key account management dimension, ensuring long-term custom-er growth, satisfaction, and partnership. To successfully manage this portfolio, the Sales Manager fosters alignment and effective collaboration across the regional sales organization.

This position requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent prospecting skills, and the ability to convert business opportunities into sustainable and profitable orders. The Sales Manager works closely with cus-tomers, internal technical teams, and key stakeholders to support product validation, strengthen strategic customer relationships, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, and drive order intake and market expansion.
