From Remote and Talent, we are looking for a LATAM Facilities Management Operations Manager
to join an exciting international project within the transportation and logistics industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of Facilities Management service providers across a portfolio of more than 400 sites throughout Latin America, including Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile. Working closely with procurement, regional operations teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders, you will ensure that all contracted services are delivered efficiently, operational issues are resolved promptly, and facilities remain fully operational.




The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing both hard and soft Facilities Management services in a multi-site, multi-country environment. You should be confident leading vendor performance, coordinating preventive and reactive maintenance, controlling operational budgets, managing escalations, and driving continuous improvements while maintaining high service standards.
This is a fully remote contractor opportunity offering the chance to work with a integral organization on a large-scale regional operation. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, while Portuguese proficiency is highly preferred due to the scope of operations in Brazil.
