Purpose Statement: Performs routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality of production at PCBA Level.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Visually inspects PCBA level products using a magnifier or other tools and using lot sampling methods, or 100% inspection.
- Individual will be required to handle a PCBA by turning it, flipping it, and angling it.
- Inspection of product according to requirements stated at the specific Inspection Instructions
- Enters standardized information into GSF to indicate pass or failure of a product.
- Participate as required on QRQC activities
- Supervise work area according with 5´s standards.

Education/Experience Qualifications:
- A minimum of Middle school certificate is required.
- Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing process (SMT, Backend).
- Six Months of related experience in manufacturing process is required; One (1) or more years of related experience in the position is preferred.
- Intermediate electronic manufacturing experience, including knowledge of workmanship standards, is preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced reading, writing skills are required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information
- Basic PC skills are required (i.e., keyboarding skills, basic mouse usage, opening and closing programs and files using MS Windows) and familiarity with applicable Plexus software packages.
- Individual will be required to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision for use of computer monitor, keyboard and inspection equipment, and individual must meet the visual acuity requirements.
- Able to maintain a level temperament in a stressful environment.
