The Lifecycle Management Department is looking for an Operations Associate to join WEBTOON’s team to support the Latam platform. This position reports to the Lead for the Content and Operations for WEBTOON Latam and will work closely with other groups across the WEBTOON ecosystem.
**This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office, and temporarily working remote.**
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for optimizing operation procedures across all users' touchpoints of the WEBTOON app and website
- Analyze and disseminate learnings to the organization,



to inform business decisions and product improvements
- Uploading and reviewing content prior to publishing
- Scheduling promotional assets within the WEBTOON platform
- Enforcing Brand Safety guidelines for all assets
- Assisting editorial programming
- Identify key moments in series to promote within the WEBTOON platform
- Writing copy and scheduling push notifications
- Creating and updating documentation for new features
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of operations experience in digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Quick to adopt new processes
- Practical knowledge of storytelling
- Working proficiency in English and?Spanish?
