Coordinate actions and provide the necessary tools for MRO warehouse personnel to ensure the correct inventory control of MRO parts (receiving, storage and supply to the internal customer) on time according to the plant needs and to meet the objectives of the Department as well as those of the Plant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading MRO Warehouse activities, including the process of creating new part numbers for stock items and updating their information as needed, receiving MRO parts from local and foreign suppliers, warehousing, and supply of MRO parts to the internal customers, according to BorgWarner procedures.
- Inventory Control for all MRO components according to BorgWarner procedures including the process of cycle counts and gap investigation until closure and annual physical inventory coordination at MRO warehouse.
- Warehouse personnel management including, but not limited to safety compliance, grade promotions, overtime,



vacations/permissions and ensuring compliance to IATF and EHS regulations according to BorgWarner procedures.
- Keeping IATF and EHS documentation applicable to MRO Warehouse processes up to date.
- Measuring MRO personnel and processes performance based on defined KPIs, developing, and executing action plans in order to meet or even exceed defined targets.
PROFILE
- Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Desired Specialty: Logistics
- Proficient in English minimum 60% (spoken and written)
EXPERIENCE
- 2 to 3 years as MRO Warehouse Supervisor and minimum 2 years as Warehouse employee
- English - 60% (spoken and written)
- Usage of SAP MM module
- Microsoft Office Tools
- Technical knowledge related to FIFO, KANBAN, IATF-16949, Inventory accuracy tools
