**Descripción y Requisitos**
**Responsibilities include safety, staffing, administration, production, quality, materials, equipment, environmental compliance, continuous improvement and financial performance for our manufacturing operations in Juarez Mexico.** Key Responsibilities**:
**Ensure safety, dignity and respect for all team members: commit to plant safety procedures; address employee's issues or complaints; and share a trusting relationship with workgroup by maintaining active communication with staff.**
- ** Collaborate and communicate with operations and other functional leaders outside of Juarez facility to ensure alignment with ECM strategy and accelerate SQDC improvements.**:
- ** Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations based on the operations management system to ensure that customers are provided with the product according to agreed specifications as well as the expected level of service in terms of delivery timeliness, quantity, speed, technical support and innovation.**:




- ** Develop and execute a robust Continuous Improvement Program with the local team and the Director of Continuous Improvement. Prioritize projects and activities based on value they will deliver to the business.**:
- ** Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards**:
- ** Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and approved budget and provide a clear sense of direction and focus**:
- ** Monitor operations, anticipate issues and trigger corrective actions before issues impact quality or production.**:
- ** Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.**:
- ** Skills to manage customer relationship.**
