Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain optimization and planning in comparable environment, close to manufacturing operations.
Strong experience in Purchasing & supplier development. Proficient Negociator
- Demonstrated results driving supply chain improvements and measurable kay performance improvement results.
- Comprehensive supply chain planning experience (Capacity, planning, supply planning, master production scheduling).
- Working experience with supply chain planning systems and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and strong manufacturing background (Sheet Metal and assembly operations), as well as Microsoft office (Excel, access, power point).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including presentations, able to give direction in cross
- functional environment, able to motivate and support and influence colleagues in other functional areas.
- Fluent English - reading, writing, and speaking.




- Ability to work in a matrix organization-driving results locally and achieving and answering for contribution to overall business unit and corporate goals.
- Committed, entrepreneurial, proactive working attitude (drive for change).
- Strong analytical, detailed oriented, financial, and strategic thinking skills.
