**Requirements / Experience**
- Provide proactive support for end users on Office Automation.
- Support for daily operations on incidents, requests, problem and changes related to network infrastructure, software and hardware for end user computing.
- Perform preventive and corrective actions on EUC and peripheries, server and telecom platform.
- Local responsibility for asset management and consumption monitoring, keeping the CMDB in line with the current state.
**Education / Skills**
- Bachelor of science in Information Technologies
- English 60%
- Self-oriented, motivated
- Good organization skills
- Software programming skill
