**Guide our international supply chain**
Join our international Supply Chain on our Graduate Programme in one of our three divisions - IMI Precision, IMI Critical and IMI Hydronic Engineering - and gain unique technology experience. One of your rotations while on our programme will be in Growth Hub, our innovation engine. You’ll be planning and participating in supplier negotiations while learning about our ecosystem and contributing to productivity and quality improvements in supplier development projects. By the end of the programme, you’ll have all the skills needed to grow in your Supply Chain career. Spend two years running and supporting in several areas, on tasks including:




- Reviewing data to suggest new parameters and improve ordering techniques
- Performing supplier audits and risk assessments and identifying opportunities to improve productivity and quality
- Leading supplier consolidation and saving activities
