**Responsabilities**
- Prepare budget, planning and projection of the purchasing value chain.
- Indirect material purchasing.
- Quotation of materials with different suppliers.
- Carry out monitoring from the time it is supplied by the material supplier until it is received in warehouse, ensuring that it meets specifications for size, color, quantity, etc.
- Develop, select and handle local supplier relationships, such as price negotiation, procurement environment, product quality, supply chain, database.
- Improve the procurement workflow and standards, reduce the unit storage time of inventory and the occurrence of additional income through as few circulation links as possible, so as to achieve the goal of inventory turnover.
Develop and maintain the internal communication channels between the headquarters and the relevant functional departments of the branch; Provide procurement report to management.




**Education and Experience**
Basic Tecnology and Manufactury Background.
Bachelor degree or above in economics, management and logistics engineering.
Trained in logistics management, production management.
More than 2 years of material procurement experience.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
Be familiar with the bidding procedures for indirect and subcomponent material procurement.
Rich process management skills, familiar with logistics management business processes.
Proficient in using office software.
English conversational.
Basic Process for import.
Additional language skills are a plus but not required.
