- Supervising Warehouse Staff: Directly supervising and coordinating the work activities of warehouse personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensuring Order Accuracy:



Maintaining high standards for order accuracy, inventory control, and proper documentation of all warehouse transactions.

- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular inventory counts, and implementing systems to optimize inventory accuracy and turnover.
