Major Tasks
- Coordinate the development of cost financial models & Business scenarios to make recommendations to take decisions based on data.
- Assure the correct product costing of all materials commercialized in Mexico & PACA including the analisis and follow up of the issues detected with accounting area
- Coordination, consolidation & reporting to different stakeholders of Norla cost variances
- Coordination, consolidation & reporting to different stakeholders of Norla inventory forecasting financial analysis
- Responsible for Analysis and Reporting of Budget, Forecast and Presente Results for Villagran production cost, Parental Seed & Mexico Machinery Area.
- Consolidation & reporting of the Norla KPIs & monthly closing reports to Senior Leadership
- Contribute to improve cost estimation processes through innovation & digitalization including the development and update of KPI dashboards on digital platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power Bi, ANAPLAN, Data.one)
- Develop Finance Business Education and Trainings

- Bachelors degree, on Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Engineering
- 5 years cumulative experience in different areas of Finance.
- Previous experience in FP&A; and Controllership desirable.
- Key competencies, Analytical Skills, Results Orientation, Digital Acumen, Fast Learner, Initiative
- Advance English knowledge, Spanish, Portuguese (desirable)
