**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree (Accounting or related)
- Bilingual (English - Spanish) 90%
- Expert in Excel
- Experience of SAP (desirable)
- 1-2 year of experience in the billing area
- Good communication to all levels
- Analytic to resolve problems
- Self - directed and proactive




**Responsibilities**:
- Experience in Billing process
- OTC end to end knowledge
- Knowledge in accounting
- Experience in customer service (internal and external)
- Knowledge of risks and credits
- Billing compliance assurance
- Support with other departments
