As an NLP Scientist, you will specialize in natural language processing to design and implement sophisticated models that interpret human language. You will connect advanced linguistic theory with scalable machine learning solutions, ensuring high-performance text analysis and information extraction for complex datasets.

What You'll Do

- Design and develop NLP models using architectures such as Hugging Face Transformers, BERT, and GPT.
- Implement and optimize text classification, tokenization, and embedding strategies to enhance model accuracy.
- Build and train deep learning models using Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Explore and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve evolving business and technical challenges.




- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and scale NLP-driven features into production environments.
- Research and apply cutting-edge techniques in natural language understanding to improve system performance.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Natural Language Processing.
- Proven expertise in implementing NLP models using Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers and large-scale language models like BERT, T5, or GPT.
- Strong understanding of text representation techniques, including embeddings and tokenization.
- Proficiency in designing and deploying systems for text classification and semantic analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
