Key Accountabilities - Lead and oversee all plant operations including manufacturing, materials management, and support functions

- Develop and execute operational plans to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, productivity, waste reduction) across the plant
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., QSR, safety, environmental)
- Lead workforce planning, talent development, and labor management across departments
- Manage inventory, capacity planning, and resource allocation to optimize plant performance
- Partner with engineering and leadership on capital projects, new product introduction,



and process improvements Requirements - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field(or equivalent experience)
- 7–10+ years in manufacturing/operations with progressive leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and operational excellence
- Experience managing multi-functional teams
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred depending on site needs
- Strategic thinker with strong execution focus
- Proven leadership and decision-making ability
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
