Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

5+ years of progressive experience in automotive manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives.

Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and profitability.

Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodoloies.

Build accountability within the organization through coaching, performance management and talent development.

Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex operational challenges.

Manage labor, material and operational costs while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Foster a culture of ownership, discipline and continuous learning.

Support the Plant Manager in achieving the site’s strategic and financial objectives.

Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

Experience leading change management and developing high-performing teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced English (written and spoken).
