**Job Description**:
Position Purpose
- Identify processes that can be automated.
- Design and deploy automations for critical business processes identified.
- Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error.
- Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward.Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs.
Major/Key Accountabilities
- Partner with business teams to identify & propose solutions to automate time consuming processes.
- Develop, deploy and maintain automations.
- Propose process standardizations.
- Monitor own completion of workload and meet objectives.
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure automations cover business requirements.
- Ensure stability and scalability of automations.
- Create internal documentation about automations created.
- Set up automatic alerts to identify errors in the automations.
Measures
- Workload reduction for internal teams (before vs after).
- Deployment of the automations as per plan.
- Ensure stability and robustness of the automations.
- Ensure automations created cover business needs and provide value to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely execution of the automations.
Experience
- Comfortable presenting solutions and interacting with senior management.
- Experience developing and streamlining automation processes.
- Experience using any RPA tool (desirable BluePrism).
- Experience translating requirements into actionable business solutions.
- Worked with measures and KPIs.
- Working on remote teams.
Preferred Education
Degree and equivalent - Computer Engineering
Preferred Level of Work Experience
3 - 5 yearsHybrid Remote
