Position overview: We are looking for a React specialist who would be a basis for entire team. In this engagement we are replacing current vendor. The person for this position would lead front end to a better place. Senior React Lead should be able to address issues, propose solutions and drive them among the dev team and project management.
- Responsibilities:



Elicit business needs and requirements, determine the scope, team, and timelines for the project
- Lead the implementation of the solution’s from ideation to completion
- Mentor the development team
- Facilitate development capabilities
- Serve as a top-level escalation point for technical and process concerns
- Requirements: Deep understanding of React
- Knowledge of modern frontend design patterns
- Experience with state management solutions
- Knowledge of testing techniques and ability to write maintainable tests
- Spoken English
