Project overview: The project is a new development to replace a monolithic portal with an enhanced web portal based on microservices architecture for a company operating in the travel industry.
Technology stack: Web browser developer tools, Postman, Azure Devops, MySQL
- 4+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance
- Experience in maintaining test documentation (test plans, test cases)
- Good fundamental knowledge and experience in test methodology, troubleshooting, and debugging Good knowledge of architectures and API mechanisms based on HTTP / REST
- Ability to write test scenarios based on test design techniques Basic SQL Server and Transact SQL skills (SQL desirable)
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell, Git
- Good spoken English
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Playwrite
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
- Good analytical skills in assessing user, functional and technical requirements
- Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Travel domain experience
- Desire to work with long-term tasks
