**About the Role**
- Responsible for the operational coordination of the security vendors of the regions, establishing metrics, and implementing security policies.
- Coordinate local and remote projects.
- Develop, implement and multiple security plans and programs in the country/suregion.
- Conduct Site Security Assessments, propose improvements on the security measures.
- Conduct Event Security Assessments, advise and propose security measures.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- She/he will be the main point of contact of the internal stakeholders, to whom she/him will support accordingly, in order to reach the business goals.
- Foster feedback loop with cross functional teams to continually measure program and vendor effectiveness.
- Responsible for oversight and implementation of all onboarding for security personnel into Fieldglass.
- Initiates, coordinates and assumes responsibilities for benchmarking and identifying cost saving practices throughout the assigned account.
- Complete updates of post orders annually, or more frequently, as required and submit to the Regional Security Manager.
- Provides management oversight for the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development and retention of security personnel; provides performance feedback, coaching for Vendor Operations Managers, Account Managers.
- Oversees necessary disciplinary actions; supports personnel in carrying out their respective responsibilities.
- Reports metrics to the Regional Security Manager on a monthly basis.
- Set Key Performance Indicators for the year the vendor must hit (KPI & QBR).
- Maintain updated reports on Excel Spreadsheets.
- Provide monthly billing reports of overtime, hours, events, and holidays paid.
**Basic Qualifications**
- +5 years experience in a security coordination/management role in private or public organizations
- Strong leadership skills.
- Bilingual language skills (Spanish and English)
- Must be capable of creating and managing key performance metrics
- Able to work independently with little direction
- Will be required to participate in on-call rotation
- Creative 'can do' attitude towards problem solving
- Attention to detail in both written and oral communication
- Proficient with Excel
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience managing contract security services
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to travel within Mexico, as per operational requirements.
- Ability to travel overseas (usually to the ACAC region, but also to everywhere in the world).
- Ability to navigate and manage change
